Rogue Valley Fire Prevention Cooperative, in partnership with Oregon State Fire Marshal and Jackson and Josephine Counties, are proud to bring you FREE green debris disposal on April 27 and May 11 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM to dispose of green debris from your wildfire preparedness efforts.

Jackson County Locations:

Dry Creek Landfill
5500 Highway 140, White City

Recology Ashland Valley View Transfer Station
3000 Valley View Rd, Ashland

Josephine County Locations:

Southern Oregon Sanitation Redwood Transfer Station
1381 Redwood Ave, Grants Pass

Southern Oregon Compost
5863 Lower River Rd, Grants Pass

 

Accepted Materials

  • Only organic green debris will be accepted. This includes leaves, pine needles, small branches (up to 6 inches in diameter), brush and other green debris

Prohibited Materials

  • Please leave trash, stumps, logs, firewood, soil, dirt, rocks, and treated lumber at home. If you bring your green debris in bags, the bags need to be emptied and taken home.
